HUD e-snaps Training Application

HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs is pleased to announce the availability of a training curriculum to assist Continuums of Care (CoC) and individual Project Applicants with completing their annual electronic applications for homeless assistance funding in e-snaps. Everyone is encouraged to periodically review the Getting Started modules; there is one each for CoC Lead Agencies and Project Applicant organizations. When the FY2012 CoC Registration and FY2012 CoC Competition opens, the relevant resources will be revised and reposted.

Be sure to frequently check the e-snaps HUD Issuances and Guidance web page on the Homelessness Resource Exchange (HRE) to find out about the publishing of the CoC Program NOFA, CoC other Notices and Corrections, supplemental competition resources, etc., as they become available. [...Close]

The FY2011 CoC Competition closed October 28, 2011, but the resources will remain available for CoCs and grantees. CoCs and grantees who need to update their applicant profiles may do so throughout the year using the Updating the Applicant Profile resource in the Reference Room.

Access all of the training modules a CoC lead agency needs in order to:

Complete FY2011 CoC Registration
Import the FY2010 Exhibit 1
Complete all of the Exhibit 1 forms
Upload Exhibit 2s
Submit the application to HUD

Access all of the training modules necessary to assist Project Applicants, either new or returning to:

Complete SF-424s/Applicant Profiles
Import FY2010 data
Access FY2011 Exhibit 2s
Complete required Exhibit 2 forms
Submit the application to CoC

Access resources that are useful to CoCs, Project Applicants, or both, such as how to update the Applicant Profile, how to add or delete someone with access to your organization's account in e-snaps, and many other informative materials.
