HUD e-snaps Training Application

HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs is pleased to announce the availability of a training curriculum to assist Continuums of Care (CoC) and individual Project Applicants with completing their electronic applications for homeless assistance funding for in e-snaps for the third [...More] consecutive year. One of these training documents is a web-based module: CoC Registration. The other training products are downloadable .pdf files that you can either view or print, so that you can review them at your convenience. We are posting the Registration training module, as well as the newly created e-snaps: Features and Functions module now, and will post the training modules on the SF-424/Applicant Profile and Exhibits 1 and 2as they become available. We have updated last year's modules to accurately reflect the 2010 version of e-snaps and have created an additional module on Submitting the CoC Application through e-snaps.[...Close]

Be sure to frequently check the e-snaps HUD Issuances and Guidance web page to find out about the publishing of the 2010 CoC Program NOFA, CoC other Notices and Corrections, supplemental competition resources, etc., as they become available.

Access all of the training modules a CoC lead agency needs in order to:

Complete CoC Registration
Import the 2009 Exhibit 1
Complete all of the Exhibit 1 forms
Upload Exhibit 2s
Submit the application to HUD

Access all of the training modules necessary to assist Project Applicants, either new or returning to:

Complete SF-424s/Applicant Profiles
Import 2009 data
Access 2010 Exhibit 2s
Complete required Exhibit 2 forms
Submit the application to CoC

Access references that are useful to CoCs, Project Applicants, or both, such as how to add or delete a user in e-snaps, Glossary, Funding Opportunity Registration and Establishing Projects, and many other informative materials.
