		CoC Lead Agencies: Getting Started This module provides helpful information that should be reviewed by CoC lead agencies in preparation for the 2010 Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance competition. Important e-snaps information is covered including how to request a change in primary contact or lead agency, helpful tips and common e-snaps errors, guidance on Grant Inventory Worksheets, and Merging CoCs.
		CoC Registration This module explains how CoC lead agencies register within e-snaps, or in other words, how CoCs indicate their intention to submit an application for homeless assistance funding through e-snaps by completing the CoC Registration process.
		e-snaps: Features and Functions This module describes the common icons, buttons, navigation tools, how to log in and access your CoC Registration, Exhibit 1, SF-424, and Exhibit 2, as well as other conventions used within e-snaps.
