		Getting Started for Project Applicants This module provides helpful information that should be reviewed by project applicants in preparation for the FY 2011 Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance competition. Project applicants preparing Exhibit 2(s) should review this guidance before beginning the application process because important e-snaps information is covered, including how to request a change in authorized representative or grantee organization, helpful tips and common e-snaps errors, as well as instructions on how to obtain a DUNS Number or register/renew in CCR is also covered.
		e-snaps Features and Functions This module describes the common icons, buttons, navigation tools, how to log in and access your CoC Registration, Exhibit 1, SF-424, and Exhibit 2, as well as other conventions used within e-snaps.
		Project Applicants: Applicant Profile and accessing the Exhibit 2 application This module provides instructions and general guidance to project applicants for completing the Applicant Profile and accessing the Exhibit 2 application. During previous competitions, the Applicant Profile stored the applicant organization's SF-424 and related certifications and assurances. Starting with the FY2011 competition, the Applicant Profile will store the contact information for the applicant organization and its designated contact person, as well as certain certifications and attachments.
		Exhibit 2: Renewal Applications This module should be used to complete Exhibit 2 applications to request renewal funding for both the Supportive Housing Program (SHP) and Shelter Plus Care (S+C) programs.
		Exhibit 2: Budget Application Forms This module is one in a series of training modules provided to assist in the completion of the Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Program funding application. In this module, the Supportive Housing Program (SHP) budgets are described first and are followed by the budget screens that are specific to the Shelter Plus Care (S+C) and Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation for Single Room Occupancy (SRO) projects.
		Exhibit 2: S+C and Section 8 This module should be used to complete applications for new projects under the S+C and Section 8 SRO programs.
		Exhibit 2: SHP-New Projects This module should be used to complete applications for new projects under the Supportive Housing Program (SHP).
		Exhibit 2: Performance Measures This module is one in a series of training modules provided to assist in the completion of the Exhibit 2 application. In this module, the performance measures forms for permanent housing projects, including Supportive Housing Program (SHP), Shelter Plus Care (S+C), and Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy (SRO) projects, are described first.

Exhibit 2: HMIS New Projects
This module should be used to complete Exhibit 2 applications to request funding for new HMIS activities only (i.e., new HMIS dedicated projects).
