Welcome to the Online Training for e-snaps
HUD's Homeless Assistance Application and Grants Management System
HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs is pleased to announce the availability of a training curriculum. This curriculum, to which modules will be added as they become available, is comprised of a series of training products that provide guidance to the online completion of the new electronic Continuum of Care (CoC) application submittal process. Two of these training documents are web-based modules: e-snaps Overview and CoC Registration. The other training products are downloadable .pdf files that you can either view or print, so that you can review them at your convenience. Each training product is designed to take approximately 30 minutes to review. Please see the scrollable list below for a complete list of training products.
News Items:
The NOFA was published in the Federal Register on July 10, 2008. It contains the application instructions for the CoC homeless assistance programs. HUD will publish a separate Federal Register Notice to alert the public when the e-snaps system is available online and to provide the application due date.
